REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 30 September 2026
FB Frame Counter is beta software. Support and refund requests are assessed individually.
Beta software and known issues
FB Frame Counter is still in beta, including the regular release channel. Bugs, inaccurate analysis, replay mismatches, crashes, and compatibility issues can occur. Unstable Releases are additional, optional experiments with a greater risk of regressions. We do not promise a bug-free experience or a particular analysis speed or result. Try the free plan and read the release notes before buying.
A reported bug, unfinished feature, or choice to try an unstable build does not automatically qualify for a refund. We review the actual issue, what was promised or specifically disclosed before purchase, and the rights that apply to the order. A general beta warning is not a waiver of consumer rights.
Assessment and support first
Contact us with the problem and your mod, Geode, and game versions. We may request reasonable details to reproduce it and assess the purchase. Where appropriate, we will first offer troubleshooting, a corrected build, or another suitable remedy within a reasonable time. We do not promise a refund for every minor or fixable issue.
Refunds are considered case by case and are provided where required by applicable law or where we approve an exception. This assessment process does not delay or replace a remedy you are legally entitled to receive. Installing an unstable build does not, by itself, cancel the license or make a claim ineligible.
Change of mind and accidental orders
We do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds solely because you no longer want a working license, have not used it, or have chosen the wrong plan after delivery. We may consider exceptions and accidental duplicate purchases individually. This does not limit any statutory cooling-off, withdrawal, or refund right that applies to you.
Missing delivery, activation, or access
If the email or code has not arrived, check your spam folder and contact us. If activation fails, provide the error message and your mod, Geode, and game versions. We will investigate incorrect charges, failed delivery, and access problems. A lasting failure to supply the access you paid for may entitle you to a refund or another remedy.
The $5 USD license is a one-time payment for 30 days from license creation after successful payment, not first activation. It does not renew. The $10 USD lifetime license has no scheduled expiry and covers FB Frame Counter only.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy applies to licenses bought from FB Mods at fbmod.com. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
For Australian consumers, a major product failure can give you a choice of refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. A major service failure can give you cancellation or other remedies. A minor problem may first be repaired within a reasonable time; further remedies can apply if it is not resolved. We assess requests consistently with those requirements.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Contact FB Mods by private message on TikTok @fbmod.com ↗. Tell us whether your request concerns support, a refund, or privacy. Do not post payment details or license codes publicly, and never send your full card number or password.
Start with your purchase date, receipt or order reference, the problem, and the remedy you want. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase to locate and verify the order. You do not need to share a full license key to make an initial request.
We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. A response target does not extend any legal remedy deadline. Approved refunds are normally returned through Stripe to the original payment method; your payment provider controls the time until the funds appear. A full refund ends the corresponding paid license. Partial remedies will be explained before being applied.
There is no arbitrary short deadline in this policy for reporting a fault or exercising a mandatory legal right. If a complaint remains unresolved, you can contact the relevant consumer protection body or use other remedies available to you.
